1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing ancientmyco.com or placing an order with Ancient Myco, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or purchase our products.
Ancient Myco is owned and operated by Eric Schwarz, based in Payson, Utah, USA.
2. Products and Orders
**Product descriptions:** We make every effort to accurately describe our products, including ingredients, dosage, and expected benefits. Product images are for illustrative purposes and may vary slightly from the actual product.
**Order acceptance:** Placing an order does not constitute a binding contract until we confirm the order and process payment. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
**Pricing:** All prices are in US dollars and subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for typographical errors in pricing. If a pricing error occurs, we will contact you before processing your order.
**Availability:** Products are subject to availability. If a product is out of stock after your order is placed, we will notify you and offer a refund or alternative.
3. Subscriptions
**Recurring billing:** By subscribing to an Ancient Myco product, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis (monthly or every two months depending on your selected supply size) until you cancel.
**Cancellation:** You may cancel your subscription at any time through your customer portal — accessible via the link in your order confirmation email. Cancellations take effect before your next billing date. We do not offer refunds for subscription charges already processed.
**Changes to subscription:** You may pause, modify, or cancel your subscription at any time through the customer portal. Price changes to subscriptions will be communicated at least 30 days in advance.
**Free shipping on subscriptions:** Active subscriptions qualify for free standard shipping on all orders.
4. Returns and Refunds
**30-Day Money-Back Guarantee:** We stand behind our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery at [email protected] for a full refund of the purchase price.
**Return process:** Email us with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 1 business day with instructions. In most cases we do not require you to return the product.
**Refund timeline:** Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
**Exclusions:** Refunds are not available for subscription charges already processed after a cancellation request, or for orders where the 30-day window has passed without contact.
5. Shipping
**Processing time:** Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order ships.
**Delivery times:** Standard shipping takes 3–7 business days. Expedited shipping takes 2–3 business days. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
**Shipping costs:** Standard shipping is $5.99. Expedited shipping is $12.99. Free shipping applies to all subscription orders, all Five Stack orders, and any order over $55.
**Lost or damaged packages:** If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us at [email protected] and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.
**Shipping area:** We currently ship to all 50 US states only.
6. Health Disclaimers
**FDA Disclaimer:** These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Ancient Myco products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

7. Mushroom Warrior Program
**Eligibility:** The Mushroom Warrior program is open to Ancient Myco customers who are genuine users of our products. We reserve the right to approve or deny applications at our discretion.
**Discount codes:** Warrior codes provide 15% off all orders placed using the code, including the Warrior's own orders. Codes may not be combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated.
**Program changes:** We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Mushroom Warrior program at any time with reasonable notice to active Warriors.
**FTC compliance:** Warriors are required to disclose their relationship with Ancient Myco when promoting our products on social media or other public platforms, in accordance with FTC guidelines.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on ancientmyco.com — including text, images, logos, product descriptions, and blog articles — is the property of Ancient Myco and protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.
You are welcome to share links to our website and reference our products with proper attribution.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ancient Myco and its owners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
Our total liability for any claim arising from a product purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that specific product.
We are not responsible for any adverse reactions to our products when used as directed. Please read all product labels and consult a healthcare provider if you have concerns.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, USA. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our website shall be resolved in the courts of Utah County, Utah.
